Dobrý deň, bude klávesnica ešte dostupná a bude aj s CZ/SK layoutom? Videl som na niektorých recenziách od zákazníkov že obsahuje i SK znaky a funguje cez ne i podsvietenie? Pýtam sa preto lebo iný zákazník sa sťažoval že to podsvietenie nie je pod lokalizačnými znakmi. Zháňam drótovú podsvietenú klávesnicu, ktorá má jak multimediálne klávesy tak aj programovatelné klávesy presne tak ako ich má táto na kraji vľavo v rade nad sebou. A sú pohodlne dostupné ľavým malíčkom. Kupil som si Genius ktorá ich má tiež obdobne ale sú príliš blízko od SHIFT, CTRL a pod a teda je to veľmi nešťastné lebo sa ľahko ukliknem, pred tým som mal staršiu genius ktorá bola ergonomicky dokonalá pekne som vedel zaparkovať malíček medzi programovatelné klávesy a SHIF, CTRL bol tam dostatočný priestor. Žial soft na ovladanie prog. kaves už nefunguje s WIN10. A na novej Genius ktorú som u vás kupil nefunguje ten soft tiež čakal som že to opravia a príde nejaký update ale bude mi končiť záruka takže ju dám naRMA

Dobry den, je mozne reklamovat klavesnicu z dovodu, ze sa v priebehu 1,5 roka pouzivania na niektorych klavesoch osucha farba a teda presvita podsvietenie? Ak sa oficialne nedaju kupit nahradne klavesy, nevymenia ich v ramci reklamacie?

Dobry den, kedze na stranke mate uvedene matuce udaje kde v polozke Varianty je uvedene 'Tactile CZ' a nie SK ako aj v nazve, ale v polozke Parametre/Usporiadanie/Lokalizácia je 'Česká, Slovenská' sa chcem informovat ci Layout Klavesnice obsahuje aj SK znaky, a ak nie ci ju po zakupeni kvoli tomu mozem vratit? Dobrý den, jedna z kláves vydává při kliknutí trochu jinačí zvuk než ostatní klavesy (konkrétně "D"). Jinačí zvuk kliku je dostatečně hlasitý na to, aby mě to pokaždé otrávilo. Mohu si klávesnici nechat vyměnit za novou?
