This roasting method enhances the flavours of the coffee varieties without the unwanted aftertaste of roasting. Only pure coffee flavour appears in each bean and cup. Even roasting is ensured by the fact that the beans leave the roasting drum after just 2 seconds. Thanks to careful roasting, coffee roasted in this way contains 25% more antioxidants than its competitors, even more than green tea. E. S. E. pods are a form of coffee capsules. They do not contain any aluminium only special filter paper.
