The HD-AMP 1 is equipped with the ESS SABRE DAC 32-bit/384kHz best-resolution decoding system and the widest dynamic range, no matter which uncompressed audio you choose. To make the optimal conversion from digital to analogue at any sampling rate, the HD-AMP1 is equipped with dual quartz clocks.

Marantz Musical Digital Filtering

The amplifier is equipped with exclusive digital noise filtering technology. It uses patented digital filter algorithms that extract maximum authenticity from high-resolution sound. You can choose from two digital filter algorithms to precisely match your sound.

Discrete HDAMs

Instead of the conventional integrated amplifier circuits, the Hyper Dynamic Amplifier Module contains discrete-element blocks. Due to this, the amplifier provides a broad frequency response, high speed and lowest distortion. The HDAM-SA2 modules are in the analogue section, the D/A converter block and the headphone amplifier parts.

The Marantz HD-AMP1 has two USB ports (1 front and 1 rear) to connect an Apple device, USB memory or Mac. The digital signal that is sent means perfect transmission without noise or a reduction in the high-quality sound.
