The pH value greatly affects the solubility and efficacy of all used chemical products.If pH is not ideal (6.8 to 7.2), corrosion of metallic elements, limescale deposits, or loss of water disinfection may occur. Higher pH may cause eye burns and skin irritation.

Dosage

  • To increase the pH of water by 0.2, dose about 10 g of product per 1 m3 (1000 l) of water
  • Dissolve the batch in a plastic can and slowly adhere to the pool at the water inlet while the filter device is switched on until the pH is set to the desired value. If necessary, repeat the procedure.
  • There should be no persons in the pool during the application! 
  • 100 g of the product corresponds to a 150 ml measuring cup
