Preparation:
Boil water and allow to cool to approx. 40 ° C. Fill a bowl with 150 ml of boiled water. Gradually add 50 g of Alete porridge (approx. 6 tablespoons) and mix thoroughly. Check the temperature. Tip: you can easily mix the milk porridge with a whisk.
