Dobrý den, vybral jsem si v přehledu kartáčků Curaprox 5460 a na detailu produktu klikl na jinou barevnou variantu. V domnění, že se jedná o stejný typ kartáčku. Po vyzvednutí zboží jsem ale zjistil, že jde o variantu 3960. Po vybrání jiné varianty se sice změní název produktu na Curaprox 3960, ale toho si člověk nevšimne. Je to opravdu matoucí.

Curaprox Smart jsou kartáčky pro děti, proč to tady není někde napsáno? Klamání zákazníka, zjistil jsem až po nákupu.

Prosim je tak narocne upravit popis aby bolo jasne na prvy pohlad, ze sa jedna o detsku kefku ? Ani ked zadam vo filtri detske kefky, tak sa nezobrazi a je teda vedena ako kefka pre dospelych. Kedze mam deti a CPX Smart mame, tak vyhovorky, ze ju moze pouzivat aj dospely su skutocne na urovni pohrdania dobrymi radami zakaznikov. Smart moze dospely pouzivat jedine z nevedomosti alebo ak ma skutocne potrebu mat malu kefku.
