Using the mask:
Wash hair with shampoo, do not use conditioner. Dry your hair thoroughly with a towel. Apply 1 pump (add more as needed depending on hair length, strength and condition). Gradually rub evenly into hair from roots to ends. Leave on for 4 minutes to activate. Adjust in the usual way.

Use of shampoo:
Apply a reasonable amount of shampoo to damp hair. Massage the shampoo into your hair until it foams. Rinse thoroughly. Repeat as needed.
