Dobry den, na zacatku pri zakoupeni naramek hlasil pr: vysoka distalni teplota. Po mesici nehlasi aplikace nic, ikdyz byla znovu nainstalovana a odinstalovana. Dozvim se to az se podivam v aplikaci do oznameni. Vse je zaple beze zmeny. Driv to hlasilo ikdyz jsem se vzdalila ze naramek nema dosah. Po mesici opet nic. Mam pocit, ze kdyby dite prestalo dychat, tak mi naramek nic nerekne. Jak postupovat? Dekuji za odpoved

Dobrý den aplikace liip care přestala fungovat a hlásí, že již není v naší zemi dostupná. Nevíte jak mohu náramek kompletně odparovat a vymazat aby mohl použít další uživatel? Mají technickou podporu v CR ? Protože na jejich webu je sice popis český, ale veškerá podpora a rady ve Španělštině. Nevím teď co s tím.

Dobrý deny, zkouším připojit již druhý náramek Liip k aplikaci, dělám vše dle návodu. Po kroku,kde se mi v aplikaci objevuje 4-mistní kód mého náramku, dám Dále a pak se objeví "Neznámá chyba". Zkoušela jsem to na více smartphonech a tabletu. spojení s aplikaci se po tomto kroku nedaří. Moc prosím o pomoc. předem děkuji

Dobry den, prosim Vas pri registracii noveho naramku mi pri potvrdeni emailu stale vyskoci, ze Oops.., proste mail nejde potvrdit a tak sa neviem dostat do aplikacie. Co mam, prosim, urobit? Uz som skusala aj iny mail a bezuspesne. Dakujem za pomoc
