L'ORÉAL PROFESSIONNEL Oxydante Creme Activating Emulsion is a stabilising oxidising cream that is designed for professional hair colouring and bleaching with L'Oréal Professionnel permanent colours. It fits perfectly with L'Oréal Majirel, Majirouge, Majiblond, Majimeches and Majicontrast. The emulsion has been developed to enhance the colour range of these paints and is very easy to mix with them. It ensures their stability and permanence, both during and after application.
