Use:
Apply a 2.5 cm long strip of the product to a soft-bristled toothbrush. Brush your teeth thoroughly for at least 1 minute twice a day (morning and evening) and no more than 3 times a day or as recommended by your dentist. Be sure to brush all sensitive areas of the teeth. Keep swallowing of toothpaste to a minimum. After cleaning, spit out.
