TOMAS ARSOV Conditioner 1000 ml is nourishing and non-stressing. The rinse-out conditioner moisturizes, regenerates, seals and smooths the hair. It contains the CELLACTIVE® complex (nourishing serum for hair follicles), which consists of two superfoods, chlorella vulgaris and white dandruff. These two sources of nutritional building blocks such as amino acids, proteins and carbohydrates support and stimulate the longevity of hair follicles.
