The mBot is not only a smart toy, it is also a way to learn the basics of programming and electronics in an efficient and fun way. You won't even notice when you and mBot switched from fun to creating something useful. MBot is a STEM educational robot for children, beginners and creators. MBot can transform teaching and learning programming into fun that won't get tired of you. The child assembles the robot itself and experiences what it is like to create something with his own hands. Only a screwdriver (included) is required to assemble the robot. Joining of parts is similar to those of the Merkur construction kit with screws. Everybody will assemble the robot according to the picture instructions and your new robotic friend will ride around, blink and blow.

Endless expansion options from Makeblock
Extensive add-on packs containing additional electronic modules and mechanical components are available for playing and learning with the mBot robot. Follow the instructions to create more fun and educational projects with them. Then nothing prevents you from realizing your own ideas with this robot. MBot has 4 expansion ports to which you can connect more than 100 different Me electronic modules . More than 300 other Makeblock mechanical components are also available. This is a decent basis for a proper project.
Easy assembly of the mBot
MBot uses modular design and builds in 15 minutes. Color-coded connectors ensure that even connecting the electronic modules to the motherboard is very easy . All you need to build is a screwdriver. In the mobile app, you can also see the 3D build instructions. This helps to create spatial intelligence of children.
With Makeblock you can do much more
You can start working with the robot and play right after it is built. In the motherboard is Arduino program, with which the robot can ride the line, avoid obstacles and perhaps play robot football. For basic operation is used IR remote control (included). Install the Makeblock application on your smartphone for more advanced control and further project creation with the robot . You will be surprised at what the robot can do! The robot can communicate wirelessly via Bluetooth. Pair your phone just by approaching the mBot. You can connect mBot to a gamepad controller and play robot football!
Program the robot with mBlock
Makeblock is a piece of hilarious software. Children can easily control mBot by simply pressing the icon on the display or using one of the preset robot modes. MBot is also suitable for children who can not even read. There are also 3D tutorials for mBot (Add-On Pack) extensions or user interfaces for controlling these new mBot projects. From your mobile or tablet you can also fully program mBota and control every move or function. Robot programming in the mBlock graphical environment is possible from a smartphone or tablet, as well as from a computer. Mobile devices use the mBlock Blockly application, and mBlock software is available for computers. The program is created by moving the function blocks. MBlock 3.0 software is in Czech. If your computer does not support Bluetooth, you can easily connect the robot using the Bluetooth USB Adapter (purchased separately).
