Absolute breath

The Breath of the Absolute is a collection of conversations between Mooji and sincere seekers of Truth that took place over the past few winters at Arunachala, a sacred mountain near the south Indian city of Tiruvannamalai.
The theme of all Mooji's speeches, and this book is therefore no exception, is our own Self. As a kind, loving parent, he uses words like a bar of soap to wipe away the false beliefs and assumptions that keep us trapped in a world of our own making. Before that, before we take Mooji at his word and investigate, what we believe, that we know, we may not even realize, that we are the creators of our own suffering. It does not mean that the search for Truth has any other goal than its own understanding. Mooji emphasizes the following: We exist; absolutely every one of us already knows this as a fact. What is new and fresh, however, is his call for us to begin to address this penetrating question: Like what do we exist?
