Dobý den, do emailu mi přišlo že licenční číslo dostanu od výrobce a mám podal žádost z Mé licence. Tam je informace že licenci dostanu mailem. Nemám tedy liecenci ani na jednom místě. Děkuji za radu

- After subscribing to Adobe Cloud, you will receive an e-mail invitation from the Adobe Cloud Admin console (creative.adobe.com) to manage your Adobe licences. The recipient becomes the account administrator (the invitation is generated on weekdays from 9 AM to 5 PM). You can set your account to your native language or to English. The settings can be changed while you are logged in (in the page footer, there is a language selection option).
- After the administrator accepts the e-mail invitation (you register with an Adobe ID that you already have, or create upon reception of the invitation), the system will generate an annual subscription expiry date. This date cannot be changed and the licence will expire in one year.
- The purchased licences will appear in your account shortly (on working days, no later than the day of your order), which can be used immediately.
- Each licence must be assigned to the intended user (not necessarily the account administrator). If it is the administrator, he or she should assign the licence to themselves; if the intended user is someone else, it must be assigned to the user's e-mail. The listed e-mail address will then receive an invitation to receive the licence.
- After confirming the invitation to use the licence in the mail, the user can immediately start downloading. The licence is activated by e-mail (which is an Adobe ID; this ID must be created not only by the administrator, but by every user who wants to use the licence). Adobe Cloud Manager is also downloaded along with the first downloaded product (for the All Apps version). It is a simple interface where you choose the products you want to download (you do not need to have every product installed). You can also select previous versions of the software (max. 2 old builds). You only activate the product once, even with the All Apps version.

Licences can be reassigned to another user at any time by removing an existing user and assigning it to another user (see #4.).
Each licence is intended for a single user, but he or she can activate it twice with their Adobe ID, for example, at work and at home (or on a PC and laptop), provided they do not run concurrently.
There can be multiple account administrators. The original admin can even give the status "primary admin" to another person. This must be done within the account (go to Teams, Users, and check other user console features). The action is confirmed once again via an e-mail sent to the new admin, who then accepts the licence terms.
You can add licences to your account by admin at any time if you are in a hurry (e.g. on weekends or on holidays). The licence will be immediately active and can be assigned to the user (see #4). Please keep in mind that this action is considered a binding order by Adobe and the licence must be ordered from your reseller within 7 days. Order as many months as you are shown when you generate a new licence. The number will always match the annual expiry date (see #2). After processing, you will get the message that the process has been completed successfully. If you do not do this, your account will be blocked for further licence handling in the coming days (your purchased licences will remain valid and functional until the annual expiry date without restriction).
Note that even if the application is a desktop app (the app does not run on an Adobe server, but directly on the user's computer), although the computer may be offline, the application must be renewed every 99 days (new activation required using Adobe ID). It is therefore possible to disconnect from the Internet and work offline for about 3 months (online applications and services such as cloud storage, etc. will not run in this mode). Regardless of whether you are online or not, you will be notified by the system 30 days before the scheduled renewal date.
30 days before the expiration of the licence, the administrator will receive an e-mail from Adobe reminding them that it is necessary to order a renewal (which will be followed by at least two reminders). You can find the right item in the Alza online store. The price is the same as for a new licence, but it is recommended to use renewal licences for a smooth transition (without having to go through the reactivation process etc.). If you no longer wish to continue using the licences, the licences expire 30 days after the annual expiry date. If you want another product, just order new licences for a different product.
Licences are always purchased min. for 12 months (in the case of a new account or according to the annual expiry date of the account). You can buy a shorter subscription only if you buy something additionally for an existing account (e.g. if you order something 6 months in, the price will be proportional). Renewal is always for 12 months only. For contracts longer than 12 months, please contact us (the price for more years is multiplied, up to a maximum of 48 months according to the type of customer, so no discount is provided).
