BOJ
Technically challenging combat system
Beast of Reincarnation Xbox Series X|S / Windows offers challenging and technical combat inspired by the "souls-like" genre. You have to time your lunges, blocks, dodges and use a combination of Emma's plant attacks with Koo's attack or support. Every encounter with the enemy requires focus, precision and strategy. Result? Fights that are rewarding and never stereotypical.
RPG
Action RPG with a deep story
Game Freak, long known for the Pokémon franchise, is going down a whole new route, seeing Beast of Reincarnation Xbox Series X|S/Windows as their first AAA title outside of the franchise. The script is directed by Kota Furushima, who helped with the combat and sound in the Pokémon series.
