The publication represents the third and last volume of the Bedřich Machulka's travel diaries. After the first volume of notes from the years 1903-1925, it brings materials from the years 1930-1931; the second volume, still in preparation, will mainly contain notes from the years 1930-1931. 1927. It takes the reader to present-day Sudan, Kenya, Uganda, and the Congo. The edition also includes a short introductory study, which aims to provide the reader with a proper context and to introduce him to Machulka's time.
