Michael and Gabriel. Two high school students who at first glance have nothing in common. Michael, popular and rich, captain of the American football team. He spends most of his time riding his motorcycle and hanging out with his crew. Gabriel, a quiet and unremarkable boy who lives mostly inside his room, where he streams his life as Boy_Behind_The_Glass. It's in his interest to avoid Michael at all costs.
What was originally supposed to be just innocent fun, a boy's game, turns into something much bigger. And the two boys will be irrevocably linked.

For me, Michael was, is, and hopefully always will be one of the guys who went through the most development over the course of the book. He is not easy to like because he lives in the belief that the whole world is his playground. If it hadn't been for the big event, he would never have changed. But that's what this story is about - letting readers hate Michael before they learn to love him.

Eva Pospíšilová and Klara Pospíšilová
Eva Pospíšilová and Klára Pospíšilová are partners and authors of books about boys. Their last release was Nocturne for Erik (2024). They spend a lot of time in the woods, where they escape with their amazing dogs Kimi and Koda when they need to clear their heads. Otherwise, they devote every spare moment to making their writing dreams come true. They both like Vietnamese food, of which they can eat a lot, and they like to procrastinate on Instagram, where they watch videos of guys on motorbikes. If there's one thing they have a great affinity for, it's stories where the main characters have to deal with tons of obstacles and fight for their love - many times alone against all odds. One of these stories is Klukovina.
