Clown in a Cornfield

These kids are definitely not all right.

Quinn Maybrook just wants to make it to graduation. But she might not even live to see tomorrow morning.

Quinn and her father moved to the small town of Kettle Springs, which has a strange-looking clown as its mascot. They both want to start a new life there after a tragic event. But ever since the only local factory closed its doors, the town has been going further and further downhill.

Most of its residents believe that teenagers are to blame for everything. After all, it was the juniors and seniors from the local high school who threw a party where Arthur Hill's daughter died. They were the ones who set the factory on fire. And they are the ones who spend all their free time making stupid videos to post on YouTube. They lack respect and have no idea what hard work means. But the teenagers of Kettle Springs see it the other way around.

The town is thus waging an endless battle between the old and the new order, between tradition and progress. It’s a fight that could end in the complete destruction of Kettle Springs. And that's why a murderous clown with a little hat and a round red nose decides to put a stop to it.

Because when you kill all your opponents, you automatically win any debate.
