Dobrý den, mám zakoupený program PowerDirector 16 Ultra, ale nejde mi aktivovat. Program nainstaluji, spustím a při aktivaci to napíše „CyberLink PowerDirector was not activated because a connection to the activation server could not be established. Check your Internet connection and then try again“. Ve stručnosti přeloženo nepodařilo se spojit s aktivačním serverem zkontrolujte připojení k internetu. Internet mi funguje. Klíč jsem si zakoupil 22.11. Dříve jsem nic od společnosti Cyberlink na počítači neměl. Nevím tedy jak pokračovat v aktivaci. Předem děkuji za odpověď.

Dobrý den, dne 26. 7. jsem zakoupila (nejen) elektronickou licenci a postupovala jsem podle návodu. Potřebuji poradit se stažením programu. V "záložce" Moje Alza -> Licence mi píší: "Tuto licenci nelze stáhnout, naleznete ji v emailu (zkontrolujte spam), u služby instalace na dálku, kde není zobrazen licenční klíč, budete kontaktováni dodavatelem..." a na e-mailu: "Vaše objednávka produktu Kancelářský software CyberLink PowerDirector 16 Ultra (elektronická licence) byla vyřízena. U produktů Adobe, Corel, Micr..... Aktivační kód naleznete na balíkové etiketě." To chápu, kód k licenci mám, kde ale stáhnu tento program? Nikdy jsem nic takového nekupovala, proto mě prosím omluvte, pokud je to hloupý dotaz. Děkuji za odpověď. B.
