A lightly humorous and provocative probe into the love life of a young man who has one less cog in his head but one more cog in his heart, and escapes from a social welfare institution on two wheels.

Laurin Petrska was born with a mild degree of mental disability and after a family tragedy and various life peripetias he ended up in the Social Welfare Institute in Kytlice, where they reassessed his disability as moderately severe, which he has since considered the true cause of all his problems.
