The book is intended for users of the most widely used spreadsheet calculator MS Excel, who have already gained basic experience with it and need to expand their knowledge with more advanced operations. It focuses on a unified MS Excel approach to data obtained from different sources, namely data written directly on the Excel sheet or located in another database system. This allows users to take advantage of all the possibilities that Excel has to offer: sorting, filtering, summaries, working with contingency tables and contingency charts, regardless of the origin of the processed data.
