The purchased product key must be activated in Uplay:

1) Go to https://uplay.ubisoft.com/en-GB and download the uPlay client version compatible with your operating system.
2) After installation, log in with your existing account or create a new one.
3) Click the "Key" icon on the top-right.
4) This opens the "Activate A Product" option. Enter your product key and click ”Activate".
5) Once activated, the game will automatically be added to your library.
6) Here you can install the game by clicking on the game icon and then "Download".

Zadal jsem klíč dle návodu, klíč se aktivoval, ale hra ke stažení se neobjevila a už je to víc jak týden. Při pokusu zadat klíč znovu, se objeví hláška, že klíč je již aktivován...........Jak se mám dostat k zakoupené a aktivované hře, když nemám odkaz na její stažení ???

Dobrý den, tak po 12 hodinách se licence uvolnila a zobrazila se, pukud to vložím do steamu píše to neplatný licenční kod, na hotline mě to pán položil a druhý telefon měla paní, že mě tedy vygenerují nový, ale bude to opět nějakou chvíli trvat minimálně půl dne, toto doopravdy není profesionální přístup, nevím proč máte napsáno ihned ke stažení - považuji to jako klamání uživatele, máte to mít někde napsané tyto PÚLDENNÍ prodlevy, pokud ano pošlete mě prosím odkaz kde, jinak ponaučení pro uživatele zakupovat elektronické licence u konkurence jinde
