Hot waffles and mountain melodies

Emily is about to turn thirty, but she doesn't feel like she has a clear idea of what she wants from life. She lives in Uppsala and is studying at university because education is very important to her wealthy family. However, she feels an ever-stronger sense that her unfulfilled creativity, inherited from her late grandmother Hilda, lies dormant within her. One day, she gathers her courage and travels to Härjedalen, where she meets Helena, who is renovating Hilda's farm and excitedly planning to open her own restaurant.

While Helena searches for a balance between her love for Rikard and her newfound independence, she helps Emily find her way back to herself. Together they explore the snowy mountains and surrounding countryside, and Emily begins to reconnect with her roots. However, finding her own path will not be as easy as she imagined.

Hot Waffles and Mountain Melodies is the third instalment in the popular Waffle House series. It once again delivers a warm and touching story about finding your own way and having the courage to follow your dreams.
