I am mind

Deep Trivedi is a renowned speaker and author not only in his native India but also in many other countries and cultures. In this book, he has managed to provide the reader with practical instructions and the fundamental principles of how the human mind works, across cultures and regardless of faith or skin colour.

Theoretical passages are alternated with interesting historical stories that skilfully illustrate what might otherwise be difficult to absorb. This is because the book attacks the most ingrained stereotypes and thought patterns that lie so long and so deep within us that we find it hard to give them up, even when it is for our own good. But this is precisely why the book also brings very powerful “aha moments”, during which one can only smile bitterly at one's own futile efforts to deal with life's difficulties using the same ineffective methods over and over again.

Followers of Deep Trivedi claim that his use of language and choice of words have a transformative effect on the reader in and of themselves, and that the process of change begins simply by reading the text. The truth is that even the subtle shift in thinking and attention that occurs after reading this book will move your life in a new direction and allow you to experience much more happiness and contentment.
