Kristýna has been stuck in a dead end for a long time. Both her university career and her relationship have hit rock bottom, and to top it all off, she’s plagued by relentless nightmares. More than anything, she just wants everyone to leave her alone so she can finally breathe. Against her will, however, she spirals even deeper into a whirlwind of events.

At first, his death appears to be the natural consequence of a poor lifestyle, but with each passing day, Kristýna's suspicion grows that it wasn't a normal death. Who is behind her mentor's death? Did someone have a reason to murder him? And what role did his family, from whom he had long been estranged, play in all this?

It's up to Kristýna to untangle the web of strange circumstances and complicated relationships. All this is made more difficult by her own family, who have no understanding whatsoever of her situation or feelings. Will Kristýna manage to find her way out of the dark depths of her emotions while also uncovering the secret behind the strange events at the university?
