Karel Čapek: About the sledge from Vojtěšská Street
Dragons, or multi-headed sleighs, appear frequently in fairy tales. In the one that Karel Čapek wrote about, a mammal with seven necks and seven heads is featured. No one wants her, so a trustee from the Society for the Protection of Animals, Mr Trutina, finally takes her in. He falls in love with her and Amina, as he names her, rewards him appropriately and fabulously. Persons and cast: Antonín Trutina (Michal Pešek), head of the animal protection association (Jiří Samek), cool Petranek (Vlastimil Brodsky), Amina (Miroslava Hozova), Officer Pour (Alois Švehlík), Officer Choděra (Vladimír Hrubý), Mr. Landlord (Antonín Hardt), singing (Lydia Henychova).
