After the installation is complete, enter the Activation Code listed below into the application

Dobrý den, aktivační kód mi přišel, ale odkaz na stažení licence po otevření v mobilu není aktivní a nevím, jak se k licenci tudíž dostat. Dostanu se pouze ke kódu, ale po stisknutí ROZUMÍM se vrátím zpět na předchozí stránku a nic se neděje.

Dobrý den, objednal jsem si produkt Kaspersky Internet Security pro Android s elektronickou licencí na 24 měsíců, kód produktu WZ993d, objednávka 164857256 a v sekci Moje Alza jsem našel pouze odkaz pro stažení produktu, ale nenašel jsem licenční kód. Děkuji za odpověď

Dobrý den,zakoupil jsem si licenci na android,aktivační klíč zaslaný na účtence mi nejde v mobilní aplikaci zadat. Aplikace totiž vyžaduje nejprve 5-místný kód pomlčku a opět 5-místný kód, zatím co můj aktivační klíč je 3místný pomlčka a 3místný. Jak tedy správně zadat?

Dobrý den, zakoupila jsem si k tabletu elektronickou licenci na antivir, bohužel mi nepřišel klíč na e-mail, ani po přihlášení na vašich stránkách se v licencích klíč nezobrazuje. Prosím o info jak postupovat, děkuji

Dobrý večer, vůbec mi nejde stáhnout licence, kterou mám zaplacenou na tablet - 24 měsíců. Dle vašich instrukcí jsem se dostal na jejich stránky, zaregistroval na Google Play, dál uplatnit kód a ukázalo mi to, že nelze uplatnit v této zemi. Rád bych, aby mi někdo poradil buď pan odborník nebo někdo z vás co jste to zvládli, protože jsem již bezradný. Děkuji
