Dobrý deň. naozaj neviem akým spôsobom sa dá aktivovať elektronická licencia. keď otvorím odkaz z mailu, vyhodí mi na stránke alza eror chybu 404 alebo tak nejak, a nikde sa neviem dostat k svojim aktivacným klúcom.. vázne by bolo fajn keby ste k tomu mali nejaký stručný návod.. nie sa nad tým trápiť a špekulovať a vypisovať na podporu ako neschopný... Ďakujem za rýchlu a skorú pomoc na vyriešenie tohto problému. nepotrebujem si zakúpiť licencie ktoré neviem použiť.

Mám Kaspersky Total Security multi-device 2016 pro 3 zařízení na 12 měsíců. Licence mi skončí za pár měsíců. Chtěl bych tuto licenci. Mohu si ji koupit pokud má omezení, že je pro NOVÉ uživatele? Děkuji.

Dobrý den, chci se zeptat je licence přenositelná? když si teď nastavím na svém počítači a ten následně během těch dvou let vyměním za nový - dá se odinstalovat verze na starém počítači a použít na novém aniž bych musel použít další licenci?
