Lean workshop management

Lean Shopfloor Management deals with workshop management within the context of so-called lean thinking. Until now, the Czech book market lacked a publication that would provide those interested in shopfloor management with a sufficiently detailed methodological framework that comes directly from the workshop of a modern global industrial company, and not just from an academic environment.

It is intended not only for the owners of manufacturing companies or managers at all levels, but also for startup founders and university students. The book's ambition is not to acquaint the reader with all the possibilities that lean shopfloor management offers, but only with those that are fundamental – it is the irreducible minimum for an effective and agile manufacturing system.
