Lockdown

Ten authors, ten stories, one lockdown

The collection, which was created as an initiative of the publishing house in the time of the crisis of the republic, will take you to new fantastic worlds - whether among orcs, elves and halflings as in the story "Old Noble Times" by František Kotleta, or to the world of technological achievements as in Roman Bures' Doll.

You will visit a futuristic future in Kristýna Sněgoňová's Saturday Shift, a strange magical poorhouse in Petra Kubasková's story or the Theatre of Monsters in Lucie Lukačovičová's story. Find out whether the heroes manage to save the young widow in Oskar Fuchs's Allerseelen or their loved ones in Michaela Mergl's Old Friends.

You will discover the Shadows over Prague with David Šenek, delve into the world of honour and alchemy in The Clap of a Palm by Peter Schink and taste the Journey to the South with Dalibor Vácha.

Open the book and taste the stories that often set today's famous authors on the path to literary success.
