Love with the Scent of Chocolate
Some time ago, Hilma gave up a successful career in the city and impulsively took a job at the Altán chocolate praline factory in a village in the middle of the picturesque Swedish county of Dalarna, full of forests and lakes. After some initial complications, Altán's business has taken off so well that Hilma and the praline shop's owner, Maggie, have their hands full just keeping up. What's more, Maggie is soon to marry her beloved Åke, and the groom-to-be gives Hilma a secret mission – to secretly take charge of most of the wedding preparations. Everything gets even more complicated when Hilma's entire family gradually shows up and they try to face a shocking piece of news together.
Can Hilma prepare the perfect wedding for her close friends, resolve an unexpected family situation, devote herself to her work, and not neglect her new relationship with Joel all at the same time? And how will she be affected by the ancient love story of a local woman named Anna?
A heart-warming novel full of romance and summer from the picturesque region of Swedish forests and lakes, a standalone sequel to The Little Café with the Scent of Chocolate by the winner of the Feel-Good Novel of the Year award.
