Percy Jackson - Wrath of the Three-Headed Goddess
An Olympian adventure with a Halloween flavour! The seventh instalment in the bestselling Percy Jackson series.
Percy Jackson is in his final year and needs three recommendation letters from the Greek gods to get into New Rome University. He secured the first one by retrieving Ganymede's chalice. Now, the goddess Hecate has offered him another opportunity—all he has to do is look after her hellhound, Hecabe, and her polecat, Gale, during Halloween week while she's away. Sounds easy, right? But Hecate's house holds unexpected dangers, and Percy, Annabeth, and Grover will have their hands full managing the terrifying pets.
Rick Riordan
He was born in San Antonio, Texas, USA. For many years, he taught English and History at a secondary school in California. He used to tell his son, Haley, stories from Greek mythology, and Haley asked if he could come up with something new with the same characters—and so the five-part series starring Percy Jackson was born, for which the author has won numerous literary awards. His other series draw inspiration from Egyptian and Norse mythology, for example. Riordan's books have been translated into more than forty languages.
