The street is soon filled with police officers, including Scott James and his legendary police dog Maggie, a female German Shepherd with exceptional intelligence. And only Scott manages to catch a glimpse of the fleeing killer. But the killer has one rule: Never leave a witness alive.

Elvis Cole suddenly seems suspicious to the police and his partner Joe Pike rushes to his aid. Scott and Maggie narrowly escape death. And the paths of this foursome will cross.
