The British crime thriller that shocked readers around the world… and launched a successful trilogy published in 35 countries. A body stitched together from the parts of six different victims is discovered in a London flat – the Ragdoll case, as it's dubbed by the media, immediately sparks fear and panic. Detective William 'Wolf' Fawkes and his colleague, Emily Baxter, are assigned to identify the victims, but they soon face another threat: Wolf's ex-wife Andrea, a reporter, receives an anonymous package containing photos from the Ragdoll crime scene and a list of six people scheduled to be murdered. The first name on the list is the Mayor of London. The last is Detective William Fawkes…
Daniel Cole
Daniel Cole was born in 1983 and has worked as a paramedic, for the RSPCA, and for the RNLI, driven by an innate need to save people. Or perhaps it's just guilt for all the characters he's killed off in his books. Daniel's debut novel, Ragdoll (2017), became a Sunday Times bestseller, was published in over thirty languages, and has hit the top of bestseller charts in every country. Its sequel, the thriller Hangman, enjoyed similar success a year later. The third book, Endgame (2019), concluded the series, and Daniel has begun work on a new one. He lives in sunny Bournemouth and can usually be found on the beach when he should be writing.
