Since it is a remote installation, you can do everything from the comfort of your home, so you will save a lot of time and worries.

How does it work?

  • Buy the type of service you want
  • After you have paid it, you will see the Alzy customer account in the library / license section within a few minutes.
  • Contact customer support at [email protected] (available 7 days a week 24h a day) and state your name, surname, eventual company data, place of realization with exact address, device model (NTB / printer / router etc.), including preferred time (non-binding).
  • To the contact tel. the number will be sent to you by the operator the next working day to verify the validity of the purchased license code and to agree on further steps for the implementation of the service. In case of inability to use email or any other problem, it is also possible to contact customer support on tel. +420 226 254 952
  • Once the license code has been validated, a technician will contact you within 24 hours to arrange the exact implementation time (weekdays Mon-Fri 8 am-6 pm).

If you have purchased the remote installation to the box version of the software, you need to activate the service only when the box is physically available. It contains a product license key that is required for installation.

The service is available Mon - Fri 7:00 - 19:00

  • Purchased service code can be used up to 3 months after purchase

Pro aktivaci služby je nutné:

  • Po uhrazení objednávky je nutné odsouhlasit licenční podmínky: „Moje Alza – Moje knihovna – licence“ (až po tomto kroku bude registrace služby automaticky provedena)
  • Pro ověření vaší zakoupené služby budete telefonicky kontaktováni (v pracovní dny Po-Pá 8-17 hod.) a na váš e-mail obdržíte registrační potvrzení s přijetím požadavku na realizaci služby
  • Pokud máte objednávku na dobírku, tak klíč pro zobrazení této služby najdete v krabici s dobírkou
  • Nejpozději do 1 pracovního dne vás kontaktuje technik, který s vámi domluví přesný čas realizace (v pracovní dny Po-Pá 7-19h)
