Have you purchased a Microsoft 365/Office license? Want to register and set it up? We offer you a solution with our unique Alza service. Using remote access, we will completely register and install your purchased Microsoft Office license. We'll show and explain how OneDrive, folder sync and backup work. The service is performed by an experienced technician who will be available on the phone to answer your questions. As it is a remote installation, you can do everything from the comfort of your own home, saving you a lot of time and trouble.

What the service contains

Register a Microsoft account or sign in to an existing one
Activation of the purchased license and its installation
Basic demonstration of orientation in the MS Office environment
Explanation of Microsoft OneDrive, folder backup settings

Service is available Mon - Sun 9:00 - 17:00

How it works

Purchase the desired type of service, one license = one MS license/one PC
Show the license code under your registration in the license library
After activation, you will be contacted by phone to book your appointment
A technician will contact you at the time of the appointment to inform you of the next steps

Conditions for the proper functioning of the service

Ownership of a Microsoft Office or Microsoft 365 license
Windows 10 and later or macOS 10.13
Functional internet connection; minimum 2 Mbit for downloading and 1 Mbit for uploading, no data limit (FUP)
If the customer does not confirm the acceptance report after the service has been provided, we automatically accept the service as accepted without reservation
The service can be used within a maximum of 3 months from the date of purchase
We are able to implement the service in Czech and Slovak language
