After the call, we'll help you get your phone up and running for the first time. We will then help you transfer the original data to your new phone using remote access. The service is performed by an experienced technician who will be available on the phone to answer your questions. As it is a remote service, you can do everything from the comfort of your own home, so you save a lot of time and trouble.

How it works

• Purchase the desired service type, one license = one Android device
• Show the license code under your registration in the license library
• After activation, you will be contacted by phone to book your appointment
• A technician will contact you at the time of the appointment to inform you of the next steps
