  • Pick up the service code in your back office

  • Confirm the data with the button and then the online connection with our technician will be started
  • A chat window will appear for quick communication with the technician
  • The technician will ensure the required installation

What the service includes:

  • customer login to a new PC
  • Install Office + Onedrive
  • Onedrive settings, turn on backup of important files

The service is available Mon - Fri 9:00 - 21:00
