Activate the service only when you have the device to be installed ready for operation and unpacked from the box.

  • během pár sekund dojde ke vzdálenému připojení a zobrazí se Vám na monitoru chatovací okno pro komunikaci s technikem
  • Služba je dostupná  PO - PÁ  9:00 - 20:00 hod
  • zakoupený kod je potřeba použít do 6 měsíců od zakoupení 

Služba byla opravdu slabá. Mělo se jednat o konfiguraci nové tiskárny a její Wi-Fi připojení do mé domácí bezdrátové sítě. Termín započetí byl dvakrát odložen. Technik po hodině a půl na mém počítači na tvrdo změnil IP adresu mého notebooku, a tak si pod sebou "podříznul větev". Prostě pro něj můj notebook přestal být dostupný. Nakonec bohatě stačilo "jen" restartovat modem od mého ISP, a pak začala tiskárna fungovat tak, jak to bylo potřeba. Peníze za tuto službu mi nakonec ALZA vrátila. Děkuji.

Dobrý den, mám to chápat tak, že tiskárna je bez instalačního cd a bez něj, nebo bez zakoupené služby instalace na dálku ji nezprovozním ?

Se službou instalace tiskárny na dálku jsem maximálně nespokojen a s dodávkou tiskárny bez instalačního CD také. Poznámku technika, abych tiskárnu reklamoval a vrátil do prodejny vzdálené 120 km (bez instalačního CD) považuji za opravdu dobrý nápad. Takže jsam koupil tiskárnu a místo instalace na dálku mám tiskárnu bez ovladačů. Velive zvažuji další používání Vašich služeb.
