Dobrý den, chtěla bych věnovat k Vánocům svému otci reinstalaci stolního PC včetně zálohování dat na dálku a mám na vás následující dotazy:
1) provádíte reinstalaci stále na Windows 10, protože otcovo Lenovo má pro Windows 11 nevyhovující procesor? A vzhledem k otcově věku (86 let) již nechceme pořizovat nový počítač.
2) bylo by možno servis provést během vánočních svátků? Lze se dohodnout na konkrétní termín?
3) lze servis objednat z Prahy na počítač v Hradci Králové? Jak bych měla službu objednat?
