The core of the book is the second section, which presents the original concept of agile and lean operations and maintenance. The third section introduces the soft aspects of agile and lean operations and maintenance, namely communication, teamwork, typology and psychology of people, and insights from cognitive science. In the next section, the authors discuss the contracts that are key to the progress of projects and services and the provision of governance. The fifth section contains instructions for implementing the presented procedure. The sixth section introduces tools such as artificial intelligence or 3D models and worlds.
