Streets

City avenues form the basic network of a city's public space. We move along them every day and undoubtedly spend more time on them than in squares or parks. Their quality directly influences our daily experiences and the joy of city life.

Abroad, you can find amazing streets that make you want to stop for a moment and stay, while at the same time serving all kinds of transport and even inspiring pride in the local people for their city. Why don't we have streets like that in the Czech Republic? Perhaps we just haven't realised what we're missing and that we could want something like that here at home too. This book presents several amazing streets from around the world in detail.

By observing them, we can discover what their charm lies in, and we will also find that there is nothing complicated about them that we couldn't also create here. Thanks to the detailed drawings and other technical data, the book will also serve architects when looking for inspiration and creating their own designs.
