The happiness of the nation

In his work from 1654, J. A. Comenius looks for the causes of national ills and seeks cures for ignorance, laziness, violence, oppression or unfreedom. Let us be inspired by timeless, actionable advice that can help our nation thrive, live in freedom, security and sustainable happiness. Fragments from this timeless text were retrieved by Alfred Strejček, whose name has been inseparably linked with Komenský for many years. With the Vivat Comenius programme he travelled with the composer Štěpán Rak through 33 countries on four continents.
