The Reaper

Vampires don' t exist. Everyone knows that. That' s why it' s quite unpleasant when they suddenly start appearing all over Manchester.

Nobody is happy about this. Neither the Founders, secret organization, which vampires were originally supposed to represent as allegories, nor the Tribe, people endowed with magical abilities, who just want to live their own lives undisturbed. And certainly not the people of Manchester, because the murderous rampage of such an allegory torn off the chain is really not pleasant. Someone needs to intervene very quickly – and who else should it be than the editorial staff of Podivná doba!

Not that they don' t have enough worries of their own. Editor Hana has just returned from divorce proceedings and immediately learns that someone is trying to kidnap a member of their team. Editor-in-chief Vincent Banecroft would like to say goodbye to many of his entourage, but he can' t stand the idea of someone trying to turn him around - it' s a matter of principle.

When we add to this the precarious situation with the non-functional bathroom, gambling debts, a whole new way of using profanity and a certain inspector, we get another hectic week in the life of a newspaper editorial office, who is committed to informing about the truth, with whom no one else wants anything to do.
