The purchased key for the The Sims 3 base game must be activated on thesims3.com/

• 1) Go to https://www.thesims3.com/.
• 2) Log in with your account by clicking on "Login" in the top left corner or create a new account by clicking "Create an account".
• 3) You can change your preferred language by clicking on the flag icon.
• 4) Click on the "My Page" tab, select "My Account" and then select "Register a Game".
• 5) Enter the 20-digit code you purchased and click on "Register".
• 6) Now you can install the game.

• 1) Expansions and Stuff Packs are activated on a different page than the base game.
• 2) Go to https://www.thesims3.com/registeragame.html
• 3) Click the "Store" tab and select "My Store Account".
• 4) Click "Enter Code".
• 5) Enter the 16-digit code, accept the EULA, and click "Confirm".
• 6) You can now install expansions and Stuff Packs.
