The Trainman audiobook, written by Petr Študent, narrated by Jiří Miroslav Valůšek, directed by Ondřej Černý. BETRAYAL AND HEROISM DON'T RUN ON A TIMETABLE. At the end of the 1930s, Adolf Klein, a German official at the Brno train post office, finds himself in a situation where external circumstances are destroying everything he holds dear. As the husband of a Czech woman and father to three adult children, he watches his sons succumb to Nazi ideology, while his daughter, Emilie, joins the Czech resistance. Although Klein can distinguish between good and evil, circumstances force him to serve both sides. Can he find enough courage to maintain his integrity and save the ones he cares about most?
