Dobrý den.dne 6.12.2016 jsem od vás dostal balík na dobírku.Mimo jiného zboží co jsem si objednal jsem tam mel yaplacenou hru na pc Trainz Simulator 2010 kod hry MM00001415.Dnes jsem navštívil elektronickou licenci na Moje Alza a nic tam nemám ke stažení přitom na danovým dokladu od vás mám aktivační kod pro stažení
