Try again

After a dreadful Valentine's Day, Emilie Hornby flees to her grandmother's house, looking for a bit of comfort and a tub of sickly-sweet ice cream. She ends up falling asleep on her gran's couch but wakes up back home in her own bed – and it's the fourteenth of February all over again. What kind of day awaits her? Another Valentine's Day from hell.

Emilie is stuck in some kind of awful time loop with no escape. Over and over, she has to watch her boyfriend, Josh, cheat on her with someone else. And she can't seem to avoid the mysterious Nick, who she literally keeps bumping into in the most unfortunate ways.

How many more times can she watch her life fall to pieces? And if something good finally comes out of these horrible days, what will happen when time finally gets its act together and stops resetting?
