Women, Men and Other Poems
This carefully composed collection of poems by the writer, musician and moderator Jan Burian represents a distinctive, mature voice of contemporary Czech poetry rooted in the poetic tradition. In his verse, Burian presents a whole range of female and male types, fates, lives, in which we can all find ourselves. It is an exceptionally readable and shared poetry, which is rarely produced in our country today. First edition of the electronic version.
