Helmet is the basis for safe driving, the most serious injuries happen just on the head. Roam Met legion blue helmet M is targeted for mountain biking. You will determine this by the solid construction, sometimes the elongated occipital part or the sun shield. But nothing prevents you from riding the helmet on any bike, the type of helmet affects the appearance, not the function.

It is important that the helmet "sit" and do not rock your head. The inner circumference of the helmet can be loosened for maximum comfort by pulling the designed wheel in the back.
